* Once you submit a binding registration form (order), a deposit invoice will be issued to the billing address you provided.
* If you do not complete the registration form online, please send it via email to the organizing guarantor at lucia@smileagency.sk.
* CANCELLATION POLICY: If a participant cancels within 5 days prior to the start of the conference, a cancellation fee of 25% of the price of the ordered services will be charged. After that, even in the event of non-attendance, the fee is non-refundable. A substitute participant is permitted.
